UNO has a unique on-campus Housing Program provided by two different private contractors. Over 1200 total spaces are available for student residents. All residential units are suites or apartment style with a private bedroom for each student. The demand for Housing has been substantial and is expected to continue. All prospective students who wish to live on campus are encouraged to apply for admission to the University as early as possible.

UNO's newest student housing facility. Located on the South Campus, it provides convenient access to the Peter Kiewit Institute and UNO shuttle services. Scott Village will offer priority to students majoring in Information Science, Technology & Engineering. This 480-bed, 10 building complex is comprised of furnished 4-bedroom suites each with a full kitchen, two full bathrooms and living room. The Commons building, centrally located in the courtyard, features a study area, laundry facility and game room.
